In doing so we can find the referrals that are right for you. As an independent contractor with 365 In-Home Care, you are your own boss. You can decide the hours and shifts that are right for you. When you register with us, you become a part of the 365 Care Team.

- Level II FDLE Background Screening in the clearinghouse - you cannot work without this
- CNA License or HHA Certificate (with course curriculum)
- Proof of Authorization to work in the United States
- Social Security Card
- Valid CPR Card
- Driver's License or State ID
- HIV/AIDS Original 4hr certificate
- Assist with Self Medication 2hr Certificate
- Physical within the Last 6 Months - Stating “Free of Communicable Disease.”
- Active Auto Insurance and registration
- Professional Liability Insurance
- HHA Palm Beach County ID
- Alzheimer's certificate (1 Hour)
